Tuition Assistance

Holy Rosary School is a parish school of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary. The amount of money available for scholarships is determined annually by the school and parish finance councils. Holy Rosary School recognizes the commitment and sacrifice that families make to finance tuition. In our mission to make Catholic education obtainable, there is a need-based scholarship program available. This is made possible through the generous support of the parish, the school's endowment fund, Adopt A Student Program, and donors.

Tuition assistance is handled in a private and confidential manner.  As a member of the Duluth Area Catholic Schools, Holy Rosary uses Smart Tuition Aid Analysis.  This nationwide program assures that each applicant is evaluated using the same criteria and state of the art security protects information.  Applications can be completed either on-line or through a paper copy.  Based on the school’s total available tuition assistance and the SMART calculation, recommendations are made.  Applications are due April 25th , require a copy of IRS Tax Form 1040 and are available through either the principal or the school office.  Applicants are informed of the tuition assistance amount allocated after May 15th.
