Two representatives are elected from each class in the fall. The representatives hold weekly lunch meetings with their moderator Sr. Jo Sobieck. The council has addressed issues such as scheduling, community service, and conflict resolution, and has provided an effective forum for both students and staff. The young leaders have also represented Holy Rosary at special events, including the PACE Workathon and a school welcome tour for our Bishop, Monsignor Dennis Schnurr.
