Development News

“Development is a cooperative effort of people working as a team to support and guarantee the future of Holy Rosary School’s mission and vision.”

The Development Program at Holy Rosary School provides an opportunity for people to become knowledgeable and involved in the mission of Holy Rosary School.  The Development Office includes a director and a large number of volunteers who assist in carrying out its duties.  The Development Committee is comprised of School Board members and volunteers who work with the Development Director, Principal, Pastor, and the Home and School Association to provide needed support and financial stability for the school.

Responsibilities include the Annual Giving Campaign, student recruitment and retention, communication, newsletters, annual report, alumni relations, marketing and public relation activities, grant writing and research, donor recognition, special projects and events and funding for improvements and maintenance.

Make a Difference...
There are many opportunities for volunteerism at Holy Rosary School.  Consider joining the list of recruits for the Development Office and Home and School Association!  Not only is it fun to be involved, you are helping ensure that Rosary successfully meets its mission, provides a quality Catholic education in a faith-filled environment and keeps Holy Rosary School the best place for your child (ren) to learn and grow.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful experience at Holy Rosary School this year.  Please watch for monthly Development and Home and School Association updates in the school newsletter, The Rosary Royal, sent home in your child’s backpack monthly in the Frequent Flyer envelopes.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me or any of the parents listed below.  I look forward to welcoming back old families, meeting new families and working together to benefit Rosary.
