The Annual Giving Fund for Excellence is the cornerstone of Holy Rosary School's fundraising efforts and a philanthropic priority. It provides unrestricted support essential to meet the school's mission, fund programs and enrichment, support faculty professional development and assist with financial assistance for students. Gifts from parents, alumni, parishioners, grandparents, and friends help continue the legacy of excellence, faith formation and preparation that a Holy Rosary School education offers.
Why is a gift to the Annual Giving Fund important?
A gift to the Annual Giving Fund impacts every student and supports every teacher. Tuition covers approximately 64% of the cost of educating a student. The Annual Giving Fund helps to pay teachers'salaries, to offer specialists in band, music, drama and physical education, to purchase classroom supplies and materials and to support tuition assistance - to name a few of the many differences each and every gift makes. Support of the Annual Giving Fund keeps the tradition of Catholic Education excellence a priority and a small school environment possible.
Over the past five years, gifts to the Annual Giving Fund have totaled more than $260,000. For the past four years, the faculty and staff have led the way by reaching 100% participation in making a financial gift to the school. The only gift that is too small is no gift at all. Gifts can be made by check, Visa or MasterCard, as well as in installment payments. Gifts completed by June 15th count towards this year's campaign.
