The first step in the enrollment process is to contact the Admissions& Development Office to indicate interest. The following forms and information are necessary including:

- Deposit of $250 per family (applied to tuition and refundable if space if not available in desired grade)
Once you have contacted the school, a school tour can be set up with an opportunity to view the campus, see the school facility, meet teachers and students and sit down with the school principal. Campus visits can be arranged for students to be paired with a student host to observe classes, participate in activities, meet teachers and interact with classmates. Additional documents required to complete admission file and reviewed prior to enrollment include:
- Baptism Certificate (copy)
- Birth Certificate (copy)
- Health History & Immunization Record
- Transfer of Records from previous school; includes preschool screening report for incoming kindergarten students
- Tuition & Fees Payment Plan
- Transportation Form
Acceptance into new classes will occur by April 15th for the next school year.
Enrollment Dates and Information
- Kindergarten Roundup
- Held annually in March – See school calendar for specific date
- Students must be five years old by September 1 of year of enrollment
- Current Families Re-registration
- Current families and members of the Duluth Area Catholic Schools system pre-register starting in February or as soon as tuition schedule is determined and pre-registration materials are ready
- Deadline for re-registration for returning families is typically mid-March
- Admission opens to new families by April 15th
- Tuition Assistance
- Confidential process is need-based with partial scholarships available
- Apply on-line through SMART Tuition Aid Analysis
- Deadline for first distribution of assistance is April 15th
- Open House and Special Events
- A variety of Open House and special events are held throughout the year. Please refer to the school calendar for monthly updates
