SchoolSpeak facilitates electronic delivery of all school
communication. Many schools using SchoolSpeak have eliminated paper
communication. SchoolSpeak uses a combination of web portal and email for
effective information delivery. Parents can access calendars, current events and activities, student homework and grades along with important announcements and forms. It is a secure system interfacing information.
Reference materials for our school community include parent and student handbooks that are available through SchoolSpeak.
The Blue Blast is the electronic parent newsletter sent out bimonthly via SchoolSpeak. Frequent flyer envelopes are used as needed to send home other information from the community or non-electronic pieces.
Sharing Our Vision is the public newsletter sent to parents, grandparents, alumni, parishioners and friends of the school. Its focus is current school initiatives, program updates, class news, alumni profiles and upcoming school events.
The Rosary Royal highlights current events and activities of the school. It is published quarterly and sent home with students. The Royal will also be available electronically starting in the fall of 2010.
